Some of what you will do:
The Account Consultant is charged with providing holistic Print sales service to customers. The Account Consultantwill respond to referrals from multiple sales channels and respond to new business opportunities with a sense of urgency and with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities. The Account Consultantwill manage a portfolio of customers that is aligned to an outside sales territory or alternate sales channel. Periodically, the Account Consultantmay transition high value/high potential customers to Account Manager's or Senior Account Manager's in order to drive overall customer productivity. Likewise, the Account Consultantwill help transition moderate spenders from the outside sales channel and assume day-to-day management of those accounts in order to maintain continuity for our customers.
