Senior Business Project Manager, Enterprise Transformation

Base Salary: CAD $94,406.00 - $142,069.00

As a member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will lead cross‑functional teams and drive strategic projects that shape the future of GreenShield. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, project planning and execution, performance tracking, team development, and travel to Windsor/Toronto quarterly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key leader, collaborating with program managers, sponsors, stakeholders and IT project managers to define project scope and build implementation plans.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with team members and functional areas to drive project success.
