- Follow Scripts, Straight Line Method
- Handling objections and controlling the conversation with assertion.
- Qualifies leads, identifies decision makers, determines customer needs
- Input information into the CRM
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through outbound, inbound, and nurturing every lead.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon onboarding targets and outcomes within deadlines.
- Coordinate onboarding effort with team members and other departments.
- Continuously improve through feedback and continuous training.
