Bilingual Customer Service Representative - English-Spanish (Bogota, Colombia)
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to Spanish and English speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers.
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues.
- Upsell products or services to existing customers when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
- Post‑secondary education of at least 1 year.
