Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kuala Lumpur to handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and emails. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in customer service, speak fluent Mandarin and English, and be familiar with digital products.
This is a day shift role from 9am to 6pm, with responsibilities including customer inquiry management and providing information about client products. Training will start at the end of May and June.
