Job Description
The HR Generalist, will serve as a strategic partner to multiple segments within the Canadian business, providing expert advice and support on a wide range of day-to-day operational functions, including employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development. This incumbent will possess an understanding of HR best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex HR issues.
Salary: $80,000 CAD per year- Salary commensurate with experience

- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues within their segments.
- Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
