Provide essential technical support as an IT Administrator in Montreal. This role demands bilingual proficiency to address desktop issues, assist users, and maintain networks effectively.
As the IT Administrator, you'll be the primary support for on-site users, handling requests from multiple sites in Montreal, Sherbrooke, and Cornwall. Your responsibilities will include resolving hardware issues, managing network systems, and enforcing IT security standards. Collaborating closely with the Regional IT Manager, you'll also document procedures and maintain compliance with corporate policies.
