Job Description
We are looking for a Japanese‑English bilingual consultant to support requirement discussions and translation for a medical AI / insights solution in the life sciences space.
Role Scope
- Provide real‑time and written translation support (Japanese ↔ English)
- Support structured discussions with the Japanese medical team to define business and functional requirements
- Ensure accurate alignment of medical terminology across languages
- Help document key requirements and discussion outputs in English
Profile Required
- 4–10 years of experience in Medical Affairs, life sciences, healthcare, or medical content environments
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Strong familiarity with medical terminology
- Comfortable facilitating cross‑functional discussions
- Structured and detail‑oriented
