Role Overview
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Lease Administrator is responsible for the financial and administrative functions and the smooth operations of the Green Shield Real Estate portfolio, managing leases and office operations for all Green Shield locations across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lease administration – acting as point of contact for all lease related issues/processes/finances.
- Administer office operations and budget for all GS office locations.
- Effective and timely communication on conditions that impact occupants/operations.
- Support all reporting on the GS offices.
