As such, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in assisting our Firm's Case Managers in providing excellent customer service to our English and Spanish speaking clients.
Position Overview:
The Bilingual Legal Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the smooth operation of our firm, including:
- Case File Organization: Ensuring all case files are properly organized and documents are saved in the correct locations within our system.
- Medical Records Management: Obtaining and organizing medical records and bills and ensuring that we are not missing bills and records from any providers.
