Job Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of a high school diploma and possess proven, verifiable experience operating modern retail Point of Sale (POS) systems and barcode scanners.
- Strong bilingual communication skills are highly preferred. The ability to fluently speak English and understand basic Arabic grocery terminology to assist local Emirati shoppers.
- Exceptional physical stamina and absolute willingness to work rigorous 10-hour standing shifts, including weekends, late nights, and mandatory public holiday coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Execute rapid and highly accurate scanning of FMCG products at the checkout counter, processing cash, credit cards, and loyalty program transactions.
- Strictly manage individual POS till reconciliations at the end of each shift, ensuring zero cash shortages or discrepancies before handing over to the duty supervisor.
