We’re looking for experienced Property Managers with U.S. Real Estate VA experience to join our growing remote team.
As a Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for tenants, vendors, and lease management—making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re proactive, reliable, and love solving problems, this could be your perfect role.
- Handle tenant communications (inquiries, issues, lease updates)
- Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and contractors
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent tracking
- Keep records organized and updated in CRM tools (Doorloop, Alta)
- Manage daily operations for all long‑term rentals
- Monitor rent collection, track delinquencies, post payments, enforce late fees
