Location: Colombia - Bucaramanga
Salary: 2,800,000 + 200,000
Transportation Allowance: Aux transportation
Shift: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday 7:00‑17:00; Tuesday and Thursday 7:00‑16:30 CST; Friday and Saturday OFF.

Job description

The Lead Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for setting the tone for the Schedulers and reports directly to Chris Secchiari, Office Manager/Owner.

Qualifications

  • English C1 proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years experience as scheduler and supervisor
  • Homecare background
  • Ability to manage stress and lead a team; receptive to feedback
  • Client management experience in Axiscare (preferred)
