Senior EUC / Service Desk Support Analyst (VDI, VMware, Active Directory, French Support)
Role Description
This role requires strong expertise in End‑User Computing (EUC), technical support, hardware/software troubleshooting, VDI environments, and customer‑facing communication. The individual must be able to support desktops, laptops, network connectivity, VPN, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools while maintaining high end‑user satisfaction. Canadian French language support is required.

- Strong knowledge of End‑User Computing devices (Laptops, Desktops, VDI)
- Ability to provide technical support over the phone
