Job Description
The Bill to Cash Project Support is a diverse role, where you will provide technical and project management support for the various projects in the Bill to Cash area. Your focus will be on ensuring that our Credit Control and Cash Allocation systems continue to work during acquisitions, migrations, and new functionality deployments. You will also offer support by providing evidence during audits.
- Project Support: Helping the business grow by setting up our finance software for new company acquisitions and support launching new features like customer portals, online payment features or AI solutions.
- Tech Backup: Stepping in to fix software glitches and helping users when our main support analyst is away.
