Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes Billet Handler duties assigned by the supervisor according to production requirements. To ensure availability of consumables and tools required for carrying out billet handling operation in the CC machine as supervised Ensures that all Billet Handling safeties in the machine are working and abides by the company policy to confirm to safety regulations. Ensure separation between heats in sequence and take samples whenever it is necessary. Ensure stacking out of specification heats separately from good billets and identify them. Ensures that Casting work area is clean and free of any obstacles or encumbrances to avoid accidents or hazards
