- Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
- Bill all invoices for Customs Brokerage Department timely as per OPS and KPI requirements
- Ensure 0% provision write-off
- Pre-Audit Origin and Carrier rates prior to billing
- Verify all costs on file to avoid AR/AP issues
- Maintain a satisfied customer through Invoice quality
Qualifications
- Basic PC & network skills
- Effective problem solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate English
