Job Summary You will manage daily billing operations, liaise with internal teams on billing matters, handle customer enquiries on discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing records to support smooth financial processes. Responsibilities Liaise with Customs Brokerage, Haulage, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate charge processing Submit job charge sheets and billing reports on time for daily billing cycles Verify billing charges and promptly issue invoices to customers Generate invoices using Oracle JD Edwards Accounting System and update billing records in Keyfields system Prepare and maintain billing templates and documentation to support billing accuracy Investigate a...
