Job SummaryYou will manage daily billing operations, liaise with internal teams on billing matters, handle customer enquiries on discrepancies, and maintain accurate billing records to support smooth financial processes.
Responsibilities- Liaise with Customs Brokerage, Haulage, and Operations teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate charge processing
- Submit job charge sheets and billing reports on time for daily billing cycles
- Verify billing charges and promptly issue invoices to customers
- Generate invoices using Oracle JD Edwards Accounting System and update billing records in Keyfields system
