Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Management Billing Advisor to support the timely and accurate processing of FM and UK Restricted Customer Dockets on Hold (DOH) , ensuring billing accuracy, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Process DOH within agreed SLAs
- Review Excel-based DOH reports and assess chargeability
- Raise sales invoices and process credits and re‑invoices
- Update the Customer Portal daily with completed dockets
- Manage invoice queries and resolve errors
- Support continuous improvement of DOH processes
