Tasks
- Process and submit claims to insurance payers (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers)
- Perform charge entry, payment posting, and denial management
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies
- Ensure accurate use of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
