Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily billing operations and manage team workflow efficiently
-Monitor shared mailbox and ensure timely task allocation
-Coordinate process updates, documentation, and operational improvements
-Handle billing concerns and serve as the first point of escalation for issues
-Prepare reports, support planning initiatives, and drive team productivity
-Collaborate with stakeholders and support project implementation
Team Management:
-Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training team members
-Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development
-Promote a collaborative and productive work environment
-Manage attendance, team concerns, and basic HR-related matters
-Encourage continuous learning and participation in company initiative
