Job Description
Responsibilities
- Advocate for advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
- Lead BIM project delivery. Work with BIM Manager to execute process of exchange, collaboration, and clash coordination with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Production and maintenance of BIM models for project deliverables, authorities’ submissions, and documentation.
- Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution.
- Ensure quality of model using company and project BIM standards.
- Guide project teams and execute development plan to improve digital practices.
- Improve processes, content, best practices, and techniques of BIM related tool.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, or its equivalent with minimum 4 (6 for Senior) years of relevant consultancy experience.
