BIM Coordinator

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their BIM Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:

Supporting the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM strategies

Coordinating model setup and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and company protocols

Creating, managing and maintaining 3D models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines

Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection

Assisting with the preparation of project documentation, drawings, and visualisations

Supporting BIM Managers and Design Teams in maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables

Job Requirement Requirements for the role:
