Job Description

Hong Kong Architecture Full time

With a number of international healthcare-related projects in the pipeline, this bustling studio are recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join their young, dynamic team. This role will be supporting the BIM Manager in coordination and also modelling if and when required.

  • Coordination with BIM Modellers

  • Resolving Revit interface issues

  • Liasing with BIM Manager on Modelling and Documentation Updates

  • Set up (assist in setting up) Modelling and Documentation, Protocols and Coordinate with BIM modellers on Protocols

  • Assist in the creation/modification of Revit families (i.e. Doors, Windows)

  • Expertise in Documentation (General Arrangement Plans and Annotations, Room Elevations, Wall Types, Pop-up Drawings, Fire Strategy Plan, Schedules, wall Protection Plan, Signage Plan)

    •  SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 4 years a similar capacity
