General Information/Job Summary
The BIM Coordinator – Mission Critical is responsible for supporting Building Information Modeling coordination, model management, clash detection, constructability review, and digital project delivery for complex, schedule-driven mission critical projects. This role works closely with Saulsbury EPC Project Directors, engineering teams, construction leadership, trade partners, vendors, clients, and third-party design partners to maintain accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM deliverables. The BIM Coordinator supports multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and commissioning-related scopes, with a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule certainty, field execution, and client satisfaction.
