Job Description
To strengthen our team in Portugal, we are looking for a skilled Revit CAD designer / BIM coordinator
Responsibilities
BIM Coordination
- Develop and maintain BIM execution plans (BEP) for water treatment projects, aligning with client requirements and industry standards.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolution among disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, piping) using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure model integrity and compliance with project specifications, codes, and company BIM protocols.
Revit CAD Design
- Create and update detailed 3D models in Revit.
- Produce 2D drawings (Civil guidelines, layouts,...) from 3D models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Manage families, templates, and libraries specific to water treatment equipment (bulkheads, tanks, valves, etc.).
