Summary
- Ensure BIM Team follows company’s BIM Guide & Standards
- Ensure BIM Team follows the Project (specific) BEP on naming, linkview, folder & file structure
- Advise BIM Team on the best methodology for modelling
- Establish the master drawing list and shop drawing schedule submission schedule for the BIM Team
- Ensure BIM Team has the latest updated information to prepare the shop drawings
- To review and highlight all authorities' non-compliance
- To review all internal and subcontractors' shop drawings before submission for approval
- Track and monitor shop drawings submission statues and ensure approvals are obtained for work to proceed on site; coordinate subcontractors' details to ensure workability
