Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a multidisciplinary team working on complex healthcare and laboratory projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Develop and maintain high-quality 3D/2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit , ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, compliance teams, and construction professionals to resolve design conflicts and enhance constructability
- Conduct clash detection, buildability reviews, and constructability analyses
- Support quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and facility management handover using BIM
