BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator – for a regional market leader in industrial project development Roles
Incumbent will be part of the BIM team working on BIM project in area of BIM Coordination & BIM application. Role of the BIM Coordinator is not limited to just coordinating but producing views also known as drawings in BIM. Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects and good BIM practices. Assist for BIM Coordination offsite & onsite implementation. Explore 3D BIM authoring tools to leverage on the capability to enhance construction productivity. To co-ordinate and produce co-ordination drawings for construction, equipment layout and plinth, producing documents & drawings for approval & construction. To produce the section whenever necessary. Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling. Adhere to the BIM Project Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
