Job Description:
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models throughout design and construction stages
- Manage federated BIM models and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Conduct regular clash detection using BIM coordination tools and drive issue resolution
- Support BIM coordination meetings with consultants, engineers, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, and project guidelines
- Update BIM models based on approved drawings, RFIs, and site changes
- Prepare coordination drawings, combined models, and BIM extracts for construction use
- Support constructability reviews and spatial coordination for MEP-intensive systems
- Assist in maintaining Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows
