Role & responsibilities 1. Maintain CDE platforms (ACC/BIM360), ensuring meticulous documentation of files. 2. Assist BIM/Design Manager in timely project submissions according to milestones. 3. Support BIM/Design Manager in VDC walkthrough presentations for clients/owners. 4. Conduct BIM Meetings with consultants, emphasising clash detection and model issues. 5. Assign tasks to modellers and vigilantly monitor the quality of their work. 6. Prepare comprehensive reports on BIM issues using Excel and Navisworks. 7. Be able to develop when needed detailed 3D models of various Services using Revit. 8. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate design inputs into BIM models, involving coordination, clash detection, and resolution. 9. Ensure timely submission of Shop drawings. 10. Ensure BIM models strictly adhere to industry standards and project requirements. 11.
