Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand tender and construction drawings
- Review and fabricate models and drawings
- Produce constructible 3D drawings and be able to translate them into 2D shop drawings
- Update site progress information and ensure the accuracy of shop drawings
- Adhere to safety guidelines and practices in the work place
- To assist the Project Managers and project team with other tasks
- 2 or more years of experience working as BIM Modeller/Coordinator in construction projects
- Good understanding of M&E works and able to associate BIM with construction needs
- Experience in producing M&E shop drawings for Medical and/or Laboratory Gas Systems would be advantageous
- Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and BIM360
- Willingness to learn and use new software/technology
