1. Architectural Modeling & Technical Delivery Oversee and execute high-quality architectural BIM modeling from schematic design (SD) through construction documentation (CD). Translate architectural sketches, PDFs, and design concepts into precise, parametric 3D models and comprehensive construction drawings. Author and manage complex architectural families, templates, and project parameters to ensure model agility and data integrity. 2. Mentorship & Team Empowerment Act as the frontline technical mentor for architectural modelers and junior leads, setting the bar for modeling speed and quality. Conduct regular internal peer reviews and quality audits to drastically minimize revisions and modeling errors. Upskill the team on advanced platform features, automation shortcuts, and international drafting conventions. 3.
