Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- BIM & 4D Planning: Interpret and model architectural, structural, and MEP drawings into accurate, high-fidelity BIM models optimized for 4D sequencing and construction simulation.
- Digital Animation & Visualization: Export BIM models and use software such as Lumion, TwinMotion, or equivalent to create cinematic-quality animation and promotional videos.
- Photorealistic Rendering: Produce high-resolution, photorealistic visuals for marketing, design review, and presentation purposes using tools such as Enscape, V-Ray, or Shapespark.
- Construction Simulation & Scheduling: Integrate construction schedules (e.g. Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project) with BIM and animation software to create time-based simulations and construction sequences.
