Job Description
- Model Authoring: Develop high-quality 3D models for Architectural/ Structural, or MEP disciplines (depending on your specialty) using Revit.
- Clash Detection: Perform regular clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks; collaborate with engineers to resolve design conflicts.
- Documentation: Generate accurate shop drawings, sections, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and international Data Center standards.
- Coordination: Participate in technical coordination meetings to present 3D visualizations and provide data-driven solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure the latest information is accessible to all stakeholders.
