Job Description
Position Title: BIM Designer
Location: Onsite first month for training (flexible hours), then hybrid in downtown Chicago
Duration: Contract-to-Hire 6 months
Salary: $80,000–$90,000
Required Tech/Experience (Manager won’t consider candidates without the following):
2–4 years of BIM experience in construction or design environments Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for 3D modeling and 2D documentation Understanding of construction documents, building systems, and drafting practices Ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and design teams Preferred Tech/Experience (Not required, but moves the candidate to the top of the list):
Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 Exposure to clash detection and coordination workflows Experience with material tracking, scheduling, or quantity take-offs BIM or Autodesk certification...
