Job Description: BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler
Location: Remote / Pakistan Project Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our team. The main goal is to convert 2D design drawings into a high-quality, fully coordinated 3D BIM model to optimize construction costs and prevent on-site errors. Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate 3D BIM models based on 2D drawings (DWG/PDF format).
Develop models across three main disciplines: Architectural (AR), Structural (KR), and MEP/Utilities (IOS).
Maintain the required Level of Development (LOD 300 / LOD 350).
Perform Clash Detection (identify conflicts between structural elements and utility pipelines) and generate clash reports.
Extract accurate Material Take-offs (MTO) and bills of quantities from the BIM model.
