Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and management of BIM processes and strategies across all project phases.
- Oversee the coordination of multi-disciplinary BIM models ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Develop and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project BIM protocols and digital workflows aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, design consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration of BIM processes.
- Manage and support a team of BIM Coordinators and Modelers, providing training, mentoring and quality assurance.
- Conduct BIM model reviews, clash detection and resolution using tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and other relevant platforms.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver BIM deliverables on time and to the required standard.
