Insight Global is looking for a BIM Model Manager to support a large engineering client in either Raleigh or Charlotte, North Carolina. This individual will join the team that is heavily supporting data center projects and will manage a team of design professionals, working directly with the Project Manager, to execute all project production activities to accomplish a design from the project planning phase thru Construction. The Model Manager, working with the Project Manager, is responsible for creating and maintaining a BIM Execution Plan (BIMxP) that is coordinated with the project Scope.
When multiple consultants are on the project team, it is required that each consultant have a Model Manager. The Model Manager for the Lead Design Firm will act in the overall project leadership role.
