Job Description
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit).
- Familiarity with precast production and erection processes.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Develop accurate 3D models of precast concrete elements using BIM software (Revit).
- Prepare detailed fabrication and shop drawings from the BIM model.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and other discipline modelers to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
- Update models based on design revisions or site feedback.
- Generate bar bending schedules and part lists from the model.
- Maintain model element data and ensure correct attributes for precast elements.
