Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural BIM models in line with project drawings, specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software. - Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models. - Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes. - Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and authority regulations. - Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages. - Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. - Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination. - Maintain accurate model data, templates, and libraries. - Ensure timel...
