Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Marketing + Transaction Coordination + Lead Follow-Up) Remote | Full-Time Compensation: $800–$1,000 USD/month + Performance Incentives
Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is hiring a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing Realtor operating in both the Massachusetts and Florida markets. This is not a narrow, single-task VA role. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats and become a true extension of a high-performing real estate business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, dependable, and comfortable balancing marketing, transaction coordination, CRM management, client follow-up, and administrative support. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the operational and creative sides of real estate and wants to grow long term with a dynamic team.
