- Position Title: MEP (Electrical) BIM Modeler
- Working Location: Islandwide (Hybrid)
- Working Hours: Flexi-Hours
- Salary Package: Basic up to $4,500
- Duration: Contract (6-months)
- Build, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, focusing on electrical systems such as lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm.
- Work with the VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) team to identify clashes and coordinate electrical systems with structural and architectural elements.
- Prepare shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings according to project needs.
- Ensure all models and drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- 2–3 years in BIM modeling and MEP coordination.
