Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed architectural, structural or MEP BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure models are accurate and compliant with industry standards.
- Develop and update existing models to reflect as-built conditions.
- Create plan views, section views, details needed to assemble design packages. For both AutoCAD and Revit
- Skills obtained beyond the building elements would be creating simple parametric families, utilizing shared parameters, creating schedules, and creating complex geometry.
- Maintain the BIM data library and ensure all project stakeholders have access to the latest documents.
- Obtain necessary field measurements and validations of items in scope.
