Overview

Black & Grey HR is looking to hire a skilled BIM Modeler (Structure) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating structural BIM models for construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards and BIM execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models using Revit and related BIM software.
• Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ensure structural BIM models comply with project standards, specifications and authority requirements.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases.
