Job Description
Develop architectural, structural, or MEP models using Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, or Tekla per project BIM Execution Plan Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between disciplines. Attend BIM coordination meetings Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and as-built models from the 3D model Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, LOD requirements, and ISO processes Input and maintain model data/parameters for quantity take-off, 4D scheduling, and 5D costing Work with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to update models based on RFIs and design changes Audit models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission
