JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title BIM Modeller & Draughtsman Occupation PLUMBING DESIGN DRAUGHTSMAN Job Description & Requirements Job Description: Develop detailed 3D models of building projects using BIM software. Create accurate 2D drawings and construction details in line with Singapore's regulations. Collaborate with project stakeholders to integrate their designs into the BIM models. Identify and resolve clashes between different building systems. Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project. Extract quantity information for cost estimation and construction planning. Ensure compliance with Singapore's building regulations and standards. Perform quality checks on BIM deliverables. Handle materials submission, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. Manage project administration, including support for tender submissions, quotations, purchasing, and inventory management.
