Job Summary Responsible for the production of drawings (both 2D and BIM) in compliance with Company standards and regulatory requirements within the project timeline with guidance from Senior Technical Manager/BIM manager/Assistant BIM Manager Responsibilities 1 Responsible for all drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, Submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc 2 Update drawings and BIM models in accordance with BIM statutory requirements and design and document Control procedures e.g. BCA/HDB BIM Guide 3 Prepares drawings & BIM Model accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works. 4 Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism.
