The BIM Modeller (M&E) will be responsible for preparing and coordinating BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems, supporting project teams in clash detection, coordination, and construction documentation. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain M&E BIM models (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing) for building projects.
Prepare coordinated BIM models in accordance with project BIM execution plans.
Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues with consultants and other trades.
Produce BIM drawings, sections, and schedules for construction and submission.
Support site teams with BIM-based coordination and updates as construction progresses.
Ensure models comply with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
Assist in as-built modelling and handover documentation.
